• Page Buttons. Consistent on every page are page buttons. They are always found towards the top of the left side bar for your convenience. These navigational page links show a complete listing of all of our major Web site topic areas. From many of those pages you can go off to other related pages.
  
  As the page loads, newer browsers will also show the current page's button scroll in. And unlike the other buttons, it is not a link. This feature will also help you to avoid accidently reloading the same page.
  
  If your current page is a sub-page, the major page topic area you are under will differ only in that the button will remain a link. This is so that you can quickly get back to the main page of the section you are under.
  
  
• Page Text Links. Our Web site also offers matching page text links at the bottom of each page, that are consistent in order and terminology with our side bar page buttons. Descriptive, to-the-point page names have been used to help you quickly find what you're looking for.
  
  These text links also indicate the current page – they are not underlined, not a link, and differ in color between the visited and unvisited link colors of the other pages listed.
  
  If your current page is a sub-page, the major page topic area you are under will not differ as mentioned above. This is so that you can quickly get back to the main page of the section you are under.
  
  When the mouse is passed over these links (newer browsers only), they will also become highlighted and change color, to let you know you can click there. This feature works on these page text links as well as every other link located throughout each page. Show me an example.



• Related Topics. On any page that offers other pages of interest within its section, we show Related Topics links for those pages. It can always be found in the sidebar just above the page buttons. Just choose any topic of interest and click. Most every other page within that section will have the same matching Related Topics box, so that you can quickly and easily navigate between those pages. • Quick Info Finder To quickly find this feature, we have placed a Quick Info Finder near the bottom of each page. Simply click on the arrow to bring up the drop-down menu. This menu is an alphabetitized listing of pages, topics, and alternate wordings. This feature is another great option for finding your way around a large site, and getting the information you need. • Site Map. Located in the Help section on its own page, we also feature a site map. This is another helpful navigational tool for our site, as it is a hierarchical listing of every Web page. Not only does it list our main pages as shown on our sidebar, but an outline of every sub-page within. Each page shown on the site map is also a direct link to that page.

Highlights of the Welcome Page

• Message Board. Our Scrolling Messages highlight various items of interest to you. Simply click on the colored areas of the topic you're interested in to take you to more information on that topic. If you wish to get a better view of these messages, you can stop or drag them one way or the other with your mouse. Hitting the "Refresh" or "Reload" button of your browser will start the messages again.
