This savings account encourages depositors of all ages to save with La Jolla Bank. Competitive rate of interest and the flexibility of liquidity makes this account appealing. Should your balance fall below $100 on any day of the month, your account will automatically be charged $1.

Internet savings account will receive monthly statement by mail.

This account is non-transferable. We reserve the right to require 7 days advance notice for any withdrawal.

Interest Rate
APY effective as of date of publication and subject to change. This is a "variable" rate account and interest rate and APY may change at bank's discretion unless otherwise guaranteed. At our discretion we may change the rate daily.

Frequency
Interest will be calculated on a SIMPLE interest basis. Interest will not accrue on interest until the interest is credited to the account. Interest will be credited to your account monthly.

Mimimum Balance Requirements/Fees
You must deposit $1,000 to open this account. A minimum balance fee of $1 will be imposed if the balance in the account falls below $100 on any day of the month. Please refer to the "Fees" section of the disclosure for all association fees.

To Obtain the Annual Percentage Yield Disclosure
You must maintain a minimum balance of $.01 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Annual percentage yield assumes principal and interest remain on deposit at the same rate for one year.

Balance Computation Method
We use the daily balance method to calculate interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of Interest on "Non-cash" Deposits
Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit "non-cash" items (for example, checks).

Deposits
All deposits will be evidenced by a receipt. Monthly statements will also be mailed.

Fees
Please refer to the "Fees" section of the disclosure for all association fees.

Transaction Limitations
You may make additional deposits and withdrawals to this account. Transfers and withdrawals from this account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, telephone, or computer transfer are limited to six per month.

Account Termination
The account holder may terminate this account at any time.

This special savings account was designed to help children save their money and at the same time make it exciting. Watch your savings grow and grow in this account as you earn interest, as well as get paid $1.00 for every inch you grow!
