Our Telephone Banking Service will give you requested information only after you have entered your PIN (the first time you access the account you will be asked to enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number and then you will be asked to establish a four digit PIN). You may change your PIN anytime you want by selecting the "Change PIN" option within the main menu.
Blocking Access
How To Identify Your Account Number The first group is the La Jolla Bank routing number 322286492, the third group is usually the check number and should match the number printed in top right corner. The middle group is the account number. Sample: Account number on deposit slip or check 011100001208, (do not include last 2 digits when using telephone banking) enter account number as 0111000012. Another way to locate your checking, CD or savings account number is on your monthly statement. The account number is located in the top summary section. Here the account number is separated by dashes. Enter the number shown on the statement without the dashes followed by the pound (#) key.
For Savings Accounts When accessing "La Jolla Link" for savings or money market savings accounts you will need to enter the branch number, then the account type and finally the account base followed by the pound (#) key. Your account number is located in your passbook, or on your savings account statement. Only Regular Savings and Money Market savings accounts can be accessed for transfers with the La Jolla Link. If you have trouble identifying your account number please contact your local branch office or dial toll free (800) 333-1909 for help.
For CD's
Transferring Funds You will be given a reference number after you have successfully transferred funds. This reference number will appear on your checking or savings account statement.
